1.  Sodium/Potassium butyl Xanthate

Structure formula:

Appearance: Slight well powder(or pellet),soluble in water,pungent odour.

Application: It is a low cost and powerful colletor for flotation treatment of sulfide multi-metallic ores,specially used in natural circuit for copper ores and pyrite, it is applicable as a vulcanization accelerator for rubber industry and precipitant in wetting metallurgical industry.

2.        Sodium/Potassium Isopropyl Xanthate

Structure Formula: 

Appearance:     Pale yellow to grey yellow free-flowing powder or pellet, soluble

     in water.

Application:     It has a wide range of uses in the flotation of metal sulphides, 

     sulphidised ores.It may also be used as a vulcanisation accelerator for the rubber industry and a precipitant in the wetting metallurgical industry.

3.  Sodium/Potassium Amyl Xanthate

Appearance:      Pale yellow to grey yellow free-flowing powder or pellet,soluble in water.

Application:      It is the strongest but least selective of the xanthate range of reagents used in the flotation of metal sulphides and gold bearing pyrite.

Application:      It is the most selective of the range of xanthates,used in the treatment of metallic sulp[hide and complex ores.It may also be used as a vulcanisation accelerator for the rubber industry and a precipitant in the wetting metallurgical industry.
